Reid Bauman is here!!! Our baby boy is here!!!

Thursday April 7th at 8:25 our son Reid Hwang Bauman was born! He was 7 pounds 9oz and 20.5 inches. He is perfect! Since that day we have run into a few rough spots on this new road we are traveling down. During my labor I got sick-a fever and my heart was beating so fast I had an EKG during labor. Due to the fever Reid then got some sort of infection. At about midnight they came and took him to the NICU. He spent 2 nights there and is now in the nursery finishing up the anti biotics that they have him on. All of his tests results came back GREAT thsi morning (april11th) so not really any of fear of him being sick! Our boy is happy and healthy.  Alothough he must finish his 7 days of antibiotics we will get to do the last day at home so he is busting out of here around 7pm in wednesday the 13th just in time for his daddys B-day!
As you can see in the photos he looks just like his daddy! He has mommys toes and daddys sneezes lol
We can't wait to spend some time with him at home! We do spend ALL day and well into the night at the hospital with him so I have only actually been away from him for 10 hours except when he was in the NICU.
